Commission Information And Terms Of Service

$30 per hour starting rate, Paypal Invoice Only. Any use of my art in blockchain technology (such as but not limited to Non-Fungible Tokens), or for AI use (such as but not limited to ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion, Dall-E, etc), is strictly prohibited.

Will do: Nudity, fanart, color, B/W, comic spreads, natural backgrounds, concept art, fashion design, jewelry (wire wrapping), hyperrealism, multiple characters, commercial one-time payment illustrations/assets (such as Vtuber/Pngtubers), emoticon designs (as for Twitch)Will not do: Servicing customers under 18 years of age, Absolutely No Blockchain Technology Assets, creations for AI training/creations made with an AI base, art that carries bigoted messages, anything regarding Pepe/Peepo likeness, underage sexual content, excessive gore/death, graphic design (as for web design, Twitch overlays, etc), spiders, excessive urban backgrounds (cities), more than 12 characters in any one illustration

Long-term commercial illustration/services are available for discussion with a legally binding contract, such as for game design, comics past 5 pages, full 2D/3D Vtuber models/character sheets etc. Please contact me via my business email at [email protected] for inquiries. Commercial rates start at $40 per hour, $50 per hour for direct reselling rights (such as for physical merchandise, prints, stickers, charms, advertisement etc.) Anything that is used in exchange for money (such as but not limited to: Twitch Subscriptions giving use of emotes, use in social media promotion/posts, using a Vtuber model on any monetized platform such as Twitch and Youtube, including if the streamer is not yet affiliated with said platform, etc.) Please budget accordingly.Rate is subject to change at any time. Rate may be raised for certain commissions, depending on difficulty, commercial use, rush job (defined as needing it within less than three weeks time), etc. If we have discussed a certain rate prior to start of commission I will maintain that rate discussed rather than the commission rate upon this website.17 U.S. Code § 106A (Rights of certain authors to attribution and integrity) will be maintained for all commissions. Credit back to me must be given in some form, and digital signature on art pieces may not be removed without explicit permission from me. I may use your commissioned piece for further advertising, but I will not resell your specific art piece or character design. I do not allow for my art to be used to carry hateful bigoted messages (such as but not included to: homophobia, transphobia, racism, classism, ableism, antisemitism, islamophobia, orientalism, etc). Please contact me if you think a commissioner or myself have created a message that carries these tones, so I may take it down.Payment is to be paid in full at time of completion or paid half up front for new customers. A watermarked, reduced resolution copy will be produced for the customer, if the product is not streamed to the customer, until payment is completed. Upon full payment and delivery through Paypal/email/other preferred form of communication, the art may not be refunded. If the commissioner (defined as the customer purchasing my services) decides to cancel services after more than half of service has been provided, no refund shall be issued for half-payment. Refunds will be offered in situations where I have not started the art or am unable to complete the art, for whatever reason. I also will allow for payment plans, starting at 20% of the commission total per 2 weeks period for new customers, starting at 10% for returning customers, should they be unable to pay everything all in one go. Further payment plans may be discussed for longer-term projects, but the final result/file will only be sent once payment has reached fulfillment as outlined previously.Artist credit must be maintained on commission unless previously discussed- credit is discussed as linking to this website, reposting from one of my social media accounts, etc. My signature may not be removed from the commissioned piece unless previously discussed.Anything that violates these terms of service will vary in consequence due to severity, including but not limited to: being blocked from future commissions, being stripped of commercial license to use said product, potential charges of copyright infringement for commercial use outside permissions, potential charges of defamation for art used for bigoted means, etc.If you believe my art has been stolen/used to train an AI machine/misused without my permission, please contact me at once via any of my social links below! I will be incredibly grateful to know and you will not be bothering me!
